The property includes a restored mid 19th century Maison de Maitre, a converted barn and swimming pool set in 13 acres on the edge of  the medieval village of Penne d'Agenais, Lot et Garonne.

There are 4 en suite Chambre d'Hotes (from 60 euros per night per couple B&B) and 3 self catering gites available to rent (from 450 to 850 euros per week).
