Your Departure
Departure:
You need to vacate your accommodation by 10h00 on the day of departure.
The accommodation must be clean and tidy (in the state you found it)
Cleaning
If you do not wish to clean the property before you leave. We can do this for you, but there will be a charge of 80 €. Please let us know before your last day, if you wish us to clean the Gite for you.
Cleaning costs and the costs of replacing any broken, damaged, or lost items will be deducted from the security deposit.
Covid-19 precautions
Because of Covid-19 we ask you to adhere to this time as we need to have time to disinfect everything ready for the next guest.
Please strip the beds of the bed linen and place all towels, bed linen, tea towels and wash cloths in the basket provided.
Please leave on the Mattress and pillowcase protectors (we will remove and wash these)
Please ensure all items used by you have been through the dishwasher and leave them in the Dishwasher we will empty this.
Tax de Sejour
At the end of your stay we will also need to collect the “Tax Sejour” which is the local tax payable to the Mairie. This is charged at .70 € per night per adult. We will tell you how much this is before you leave.
Electricity Charges
Electricity is charged at cost for electricity used between 1 October and 15 April each year.
The Charges are based on the EDF Tariff charges as below: Meter reading will be taken at the beginning of your stay and the end of your stay and the amount due on your departure will be calculated based on their current rate.
